Board No. 5 in the Art Series 2025, titled Flow State, captures the balance between effortless surfing and raw artistic energy. Shaped for classic twin fin glide with a modern edge, this board features a wider nose and low entry rocker for easy paddling and speed through flat sections. A deep double concave flows into a vee tail, adding lift and liveliness — making it a super responsive, fun twin for progressive surfing in everyday conditions.
The artwork, Flow State, is a one-of-a-kind collage by Chico Leong, a Melbourne-based artist and designer known for his layered visual language rooted in street art. Inspired by the textures of torn posters and the rhythm of urban surfaces, Chico’s work blends abstraction with emotion. His process involves layering fragments, textures, and found elements — giving each piece a sense of depth and history.
Applied directly to the foam before glassing, the artwork becomes part of the board itself — a true integration of craft and creativity.
